Terms of Use

1. User accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to submit coach reviews.

2. Acceptable conduct

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not impersonate others, misrepresent your athletic history or affiliation, interfere with the operation of the Services, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the Services to harass, threaten, or defame any person.

3. Coach reviews

Reviews are intended to reflect genuine, firsthand experiences of former college athletes. By submitting a review, you represent that it is truthful, based on your own experience, and consistent with these Terms. Reviews reflect the opinions of the users who submit them, not the views of Air Hicks Technologies LLC.

4. Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is false or misleading; defamatory or abusive; discriminatory or hateful; sexually explicit; threatening or violent; infringing on the rights of others; revealing private information about any person without consent; or unlawful in any way. We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, features, text, and branding, are owned by Air Hicks Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may be offered through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Pricing and terms will be presented before purchase. Payments made through an app store are subject to that store's terms, and cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the applicable store's policies.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Services, including user reviews, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on that content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Hicks Technologies LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
