Verification information. If you request a verification badge as a former college athlete, we may collect information used to confirm your athletic history. We use this information only for verification purposes.

Device information. We automatically collect certain technical information from your device, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and general diagnostic data.

Analytics. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Services are used, such as which features are popular and where errors occur. This helps us improve the Services.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; display reviews, ratings, and profiles; process verification requests; respond to support inquiries; maintain the safety and integrity of the Services; improve features and performance; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services (such as hosting, analytics, and email providers), when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Content you post publicly in the App, such as reviews, is visible to other users as described in the App.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention and account deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@rate-my-coach.com or through the App once account deletion tools are available. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

6. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
